Cathrine
Dette synes jeg var pussig. Er det ikke slik at alkohol ikke virker mot Clostridium difficile? Hvordan kan BMJ BestPractice av alle anbefale det? Jeg kopierer det de skrev under Clostridium Difficile associated disease: Quote Healthcare professionals should use gowns and gloves on entry to a room. Hand hygiene should be performed before and after patient contact and after removing gloves. Either soap and water, or an alcohol-based product, should be used. Patients should also be encouraged to wash their hands and shower to reduce spore burden on the skin. Disposable patient equipment is preferred if available (rectal thermometers are not recommended).
